Who we are
2424 DSR Studio develops 2424 Electrical Lab. This policy covers the Android test release 3.15.34-TEST, our website and privacy or support communications. Privacy contact: electrico3017@gmail.com.
Information processed by the app
The app processes calculator inputs, laboratory connections and simulation states on your device. It stores preferences such as language and selected category locally, together with practice-session and safety-notice state. This version does not transmit your laboratory wiring or calculator entries to a developer server. These data support the app’s educational functions and preferences.
Accounts, permissions and tracking
This version has no user registration, advertising or integrated third-party analytics. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use these to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Our email provider, Google Gmail, processes these messages to deliver and store correspondence.
Website and service providers
Our website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or contact forms. Its hosting and delivery services (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. Their operational records are governed by their service policies. Google Play and your operating system may separately process distribution, security, backup and diagnostic information under their own policies. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Purchases
Purchases are not enabled in this test release. We will update this policy before enabling purchases or introducing new data processing.
Sharing and security
We use service providers only as needed for website delivery and email support. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address security incidents. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling support and privacy matters. Local app data relies on your device’s security controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Local preferences remain until you clear app storage or uninstall, subject to operating-system backup and restoration. Practice-session data is used for the current session. Android backup is enabled; manage or remove backups through your device or Google account settings. We retain support messages only as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, or to meet applicable legal or security obligations; messages no longer needed are deleted. Provider backup retention may delay final removal. Hosting providers manage technical log retention under their policies.
Your choices and requests
To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email electrico3017@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You may use the same contact for privacy questions or complaints. We may request only the information needed to confirm that a request concerns you. There is no developer-hosted app account to delete. We cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device.
Children and educational use
The app is an educational simulation. It does not ask learners to create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We will publish updates here and revise the date below when practices change. This policy describes the current test release; future purchase or platform features will be covered before activation.
